The United States has not provided sufficient explanations for Ukraine’s biological activities, says Russian Chief of the Nuclear, Biological and Chemical Protection Forces, Igor Kirillov, who still insists on the “bio-laboratories” theory.
Kirillov says traces of pathogenic microorganisms – “potential biological weapons” and biomaterials from Ukrainian citizens – have been exported from Ukraine without “clear and stated purposes”, and the Americans remain silent.
According to the department, the money was received by the laboratories of the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense in Kyiv, Odessa, Lvov and Kharkov, a total of 32 million dollars.
These bio-laboratories have been selected for the project to study the pathogens of haemorrhagic fever, leptospirosis and hantaviruses, because these pathogens have natural outbreaks in Ukraine and Russia – and their use can be disguised as natural outbreaks, the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs said in March.
